2.) We will be your listing agent. Most internet MLS providers are not even licensed real estate agencies. They simply find some agent willing to take your listing for a few hundred dollars, while the website pockets the rest. (Agents are willing to take a listing for a couple hundred dollars because they want the leads from realtor.com - remember with our program those leads go to you so they are at No Commission.) You never know who you'll be assigned to, or what kind of service you'll receive.

 How does our MLS Listing work? 

We are licensed brokers and members of the MLS services in Connecticut, so we will act as your listing agent and will help you through the entire process. We simply choose not to take the typical “listing agency” commission.

A typical real estate agency charges 5-6% for their services which include placing your home on the Realtor's Multiple Listing Service (MLS), & Realtor.com.

Through our program you will get even more exposure. You'll be in the same MLS and on Realtor.com, offering the same commission to the buyer's agent (remember, their 6% was being split between buyer's agency and listing agency), but you'll save thousands on the listing agency commission. You pay only 3.5% if the buyer has an agent, not the typical 6%. The best part is you pay that 3.5% only if the buyer has an agent - NO Commission if they don't have an agent!

Agents have the same incentive to show your home with our listing as they would a listing with a major national agency - they're getting the same commission!
