all-important complete advertising exposure & our assistance every step of the way.

Pay only a small setup fee.
You still get everything
included with our entire Advertising Package (yes - it includes all the same
ads, websites, yard signs, MLS/Realtor.com listing, assistance, etc.). This program is just another
way to pay for our services. Instead of paying $699 or whatever upfront, you
pay at small commission at closing determined as follows:
- When
your home sells "by owner" without an agent involved, you pay just
1% at
closing.
- If the buyer uses an
agent, you pay a total of 3.5% at closing.
- If your home doesn’t sell, you
owe us nothing more than the small fee you've paid upfront.
In the end this will cost you more than
paying upfront, but for some people this is a more convenient way to pay. In
either case it will be thousands of dollars less than a conventional real
estate company would charge you.
Here’s how it works:
1.
Pick the size ad you want. It will run in our magazine and
on this website until your home sells – up to 6 months.
2. We’ll also
list your home in other magazines and websites, and if you like, even in the Realtor’s
Multiple Listing Service (MLS). The
complete list is described below.
3. Use our
Sell-It-Yourself kit
and
professional marketing materials.

We’ll coach you through the entire process.

"by owner", or 3.5% if sold by a realtor from any agency - Prudential, Coldwell Banker,
ReMax, Raveis, etc., etc., etc.
