are not obligated to do so when choosing our Option 1 program. About 60% of our home listings
sell BY OWNER without a
buyer's agent and without commission, that's 0% commission if sold BY OWNER! (You only pay our low upfront fee, see
options below). If your property sells with a buyer's agent, there is only a 3% commission (Option1).
- You'll receive a professional yard sign on a metal stake with
your phone number and our logo (or upgrade to a wood post sign) and an extra
large directional sign, (additional upgrades such as lockboxes, open house
signs, additional directional signs are available for a small cost, see our
upgrades in our FSBO STORE page).
- Included in your yard sign package you will find our
indispensable SELLER'S KIT, a must have guide to keep at hand to answer
all your real estate questions. It includes copies of a Purchase/Sale Agreement,
Connecticut Property Disclosures, Radon Fact Sheet, Lead Paint forms, step by
