How
does our MLS Listing work?
We are licensed brokers and members
of the MLS services in Connecticut, so we will act as your listing
agent and will help you through the entire process. We simply choose
not to take the typical “listing agency” commission.
A typical real estate agency
charges 5-6% for their services which include placing your home on
the Realtor's Multiple Listing Service (MLS), & Realtor.com.
Through our
program you will get even more exposure. You'll be in
the same MLS and on Realtor.com, offering the same commission
to the buyer's agent (remember, their 5-6% was being split between
buyer's agency and listing agency), but you'll save thousands
on the listing agency commission. You pay only 3% if the buyer has
an agent, not the typical 5-6%. The best part is you pay that 3%
only if the buyer has an agent - NO Commission if they
don't have an agent!

they would a listing with a major national agency - they're getting

or whatever upfront, you pay at small commission at closing
determined as follows:

without an agent involved, you pay just 1% at closing.
- If the buyer uses an agent, you
pay a total of 3.5% at closing.
- If your home doesn’t sell, you
owe us nothing more than the $99 you've paid upfront.
In the end this will cost you more
